The 607 was built around the idea that good food should be accessible to everyone. Farming that's ecologically sound, equitably run, and not gatekept by income. When you join PPkCSA, your Thursday box is connected to all of that.
The full season, June 4 through December 3 (skipping Thanksgiving). A weekly box of vegetables sourced from The 607's four collaborating farms in the Northern Catskills.
June 4 through September 3. Good for new members who want to try it out, or anyone who stays in the city all summer and wants the full weekly haul while it lasts. Same farms, shorter run.
September 10 through December 3 (skipping Thanksgiving). Root vegetables, squash, greens, and storage crops. The most abundant weeks of the Catskills harvest.
Pastured eggs, local dairy, and ethically raised meat from farms like Churchtown Dairy, Crystal Valley Farm, and Painted Goat. Billed as delivered.

Register directly through The 607 CSA's online storefront. Choose your season (Summer, Fall, or both), select your pricing tier, and add any extras you want.
Veggie shares use sliding scale pricing across four income-based tiers. SNAP/EBT is accepted directly at checkout. Honest self-selection, no verification required. Use The 607's income calculator to find your level.
Every PPkCSA member volunteers for 1–2 short shifts during the season. About 2–3 hours. Fun. You'll meet your neighbors and keep the CSA running strong.

A core group of PPkCSA organizers handles registration, logistics, and events. Every member pitches in.
